Terms of Service

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlgoSwish mobile application, website, subscriptions, content, analytics, model outputs, rankings, tracking tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AlgoSwish LLC ("AlgoSwish," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority or minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • you meet the applicable age requirement;
  • you are legally permitted to access sports betting-related informational and analytics tools where you are located; and
  • you will comply with all laws, regulations, and rules that apply to you.

The Service is intended for users in the United States and Canada. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. What AlgoSwish Is

AlgoSwish is a sports analytics, research, and informational platform designed to help users analyze sports data, model-based insights, trends, and related information.

The Service may include, for example:

  • player and team statistics;
  • odds-related research;
  • model-ranked picks and projections;
  • probabilities and confidence indicators;
  • parlay research tools;
  • tools for tracking your own wagers and records; and
  • filters, rankings, backtesting, and historical performance information.

4. What AlgoSwish Is Not

AlgoSwish is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, broker, exchange, financial institution, investment adviser, fiduciary, or wagering platform.

AlgoSwish does not:

  • accept or place wagers;
  • hold, transfer, or manage betting funds;
  • connect to, access, or control your sportsbook accounts;
  • execute bets or cashouts; or
  • guarantee the availability, legality, pricing, or success of any wager.

Any subscription fee paid to AlgoSwish is solely for access to app features, content, and analytics. It is not a wager, stake, deposit, entry fee, or payment toward a bet.

5. Informational Use Only; No Advice

All content, data, tools, picks, parlays, rankings, scores, probabilities, expected value estimates, trends, and related information are provided for informational, educational, research, and entertainment purposes only.

AlgoSwish does not provide financial, investment, gambling, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation or instruction to place a wager, risk money, or make any financial decision. You should independently evaluate and verify all information before acting on it.

6. No Guarantees; Use at Your Own Risk

Sports outcomes are uncertain, and sports betting involves the risk of loss, including the possible loss of all amounts wagered.

AlgoSwish makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any content, model output, pick, projection, probability, trend, expected value estimate, ranking, or other information will be accurate, complete, current, profitable, suitable, available, or successful.

Past performance, historical trends, backtests, hit rates, return-on-investment figures, expected value estimates, model confidence, and prior records do not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for every decision to place, avoid, size, combine, hedge, modify, or cash out a wager.

7. Independent Verification

Odds, lines, news, injuries, rules, settlement terms, limits, availability, timing, and legal restrictions may change at any time. You are responsible for independently verifying all information with the applicable sportsbook, league, team, data source, or other relevant party before relying on it.

8. Sportsbook Links and Bet-Slip Tools

The Service may provide links that open third-party sportsbook websites or applications and may attempt to prefill selections or bet slips solely for convenience. AlgoSwish does not place, transmit, submit, accept, or execute wagers.

Sportsbook links and prefilled selections may be unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, modified by the sportsbook, or unsupported in your jurisdiction. Before submitting any wager, you are solely responsible for verifying the sportsbook, selection, market, side, line, odds, stake, parlay legs, eligibility, location requirements, and applicable sportsbook rules. The information displayed and accepted by the sportsbook at the time of submission controls.

Third-party sportsbooks are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoSwish is not responsible for sportsbook availability, account restrictions, wager acceptance, grading, settlement, payments, losses, or disputes with a sportsbook. Providing a link does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or other affiliation unless expressly stated. If AlgoSwish has a material or compensated relationship with a sportsbook, we will disclose that relationship where required by law.

9. Responsible Gambling

You must not use the Service for irresponsible, harmful, or unlawful gambling activity. Only wager where legal, and never risk more than you can afford to lose. Do not blindly rely on AlgoSwish or any other analytics platform when making wagering decisions.

If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, stop and seek help. Call or text 1-800-GAMBLER or contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET.

10. Accounts

Some parts of the Service may be available without an account, while other features may require one. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials secure, not share your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the in-app deletion feature or the web account-deletion process. We may retain limited information where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, compliance, and enforcement.

12. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

The Service may offer free, paid, promotional, recurring subscription, and free-trial access. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial terms, taxes, and included features will be presented before purchase. Promotional offers may change or end at any time.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the displayed billing period until cancelled. If a trial is offered, the subscription converts to a paid recurring subscription at the price shown during checkout unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and deleting your AlgoSwish account does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed and managed by the applicable platform. Web purchases are managed through RevenueCat Billing and processed by Stripe. Use the subscription-management link provided in AlgoSwish, your purchase receipt, or the applicable mobile store to manage or cancel the subscription associated with that purchase.

We may review certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but do not guarantee a refund. Refunds may also be governed or processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Stripe depending on where the purchase was made. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and no credits are provided for partial subscription periods.

13. Saved Bets and Bet Tracking

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you intentionally save in Bet Tracking. These tools are provided for personal informational and recordkeeping purposes only. Saved results may differ from sportsbook grading because of voids, settlement rules, taxes, restrictions, bonuses, or other factors.

When you are signed in, saved Bet Tracking entries and related preferences may be stored and synchronized across devices. Synchronization may not be immediate, and an already-open device may need to refresh. Although we use safeguards and conflict-resolution measures designed to preserve synchronized records, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free synchronization. You should independently verify saved entries, results, and settlement information.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without permission;
  • share paid access or bypass subscriptions, paywalls, or technical restrictions;
  • reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to discover non-public systems, models, source code, or security mechanisms;
  • interfere with the Service or its security;
  • use bots, scripts, or automated systems in a way that burdens or abuses the Service;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or
  • infringe the rights of AlgoSwish or any third party.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, design, trademarks, branding, rankings, models, outputs, graphics, and related materials, is owned by AlgoSwish LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, AlgoSwish grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

16. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

The Service may rely on third parties for authentication, app distribution, billing, hosting, analytics, sports data, odds, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, their availability, or inaccuracies, delays, outages, and changes in third-party data.

17. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may also change pricing, features, limits, models, data sources, or availability. We are not liable for outages, stale information, changed features, or discontinued access.

18. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOSWISH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOSWISH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST WAGERING OPPORTUNITIES, BETTING LOSSES, LOST WINNINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOSWISH'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALGOSWISH DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlgoSwish LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or applicable law, wagering activity, or infringement of another party's rights.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute not subject to a separately agreed arbitration provision will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where applicable law prohibits that requirement.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
